How do I receive the maps?

You receive the links to the maps in a downloadable PDF file which contains the links to the various maps for the event, as well as the instructions

Where do I find the download link for my maps?

Directly after purchasing the map product, you will be taken to a download button to access the file. A download link is also sent to your email automatically (check your junk/spam).

How do I open the maps?

Click on each of the blue links in the table within the PDF you have been provided. e.g.

My maps are opening in the browser and not the Google Maps app?

• Ensure you have Google Maps installed on your device and it is logged in to your Google Account as per the next FAQ.

• Ensure you are opening the file in an email app and not your browser.

• If opening in the browser, sometimes there will be a small grey button in the top right, clicking that will take you through a login process and transfer the maps to the Google Maps app.

My maps are not saving in the app?

You need to be logged into the Google Maps app. This is particularly an issue for Apple/iOS users as Google Android devices does this automatically. A guide to logging into Google Maps is below.
